While learning how to use Sketchup I modeled my old house. This is the main portion of the home to scale as a dissection to decide how to add on a garage expansion.

The bottom images are of the Skyrim Dragon Priest Mask and of a 6 sided dice. They were made using Fusion 360 and Blender for use on my CR-10 3D printer. I created these files as a trial run class for learning how to operate different modeling software and how each result would differ when printed.

Sculpting

One hobby of mine is building miniature replicas and terrain, but why miniatures? To me the miniature was the most effective way to experience another world and different perspectives that otherwise could not be done in life. What is it like to carve and distress a wooden Viking worship or to try to replicate ancient stone building techniques using insulation foam. Sculpting is a great exercising in testing your knowledge of how to manipulate raw materials into taking on the characteristics of something completely different. Each new piece brings with it a life of its own and ability to tell a story with each notch or grove.
